About the event
We had a great time playing the recent UK shows but we only got to play a short set so in 2026 to celebrate the 35th Anniversary of The Commitments I'm taking the band on the road to play a longer set, featuring all the songs from the film plus some of my favourite songs from the Detroit and Northern era.
It will just be me and the 8 piece band, no frills, no bullshit, just raw, gritty Soul as it should be played, evoking memories of the dark, sweaty clubs of years gone by.
Come and join us and we might even have a coupla scoops after!
